Refund & Return Policy
At Mommy Deal, most items are made to order, which means they are created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or there was an error with your order.
Eligible Issues
If you receive an item that is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong design, size, or item sent)
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item
If the mistake was on our end, we will gladly replace the item or correct the order.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Custom or personalized items
• Items ordered in the wrong size
• Color variations due to screen differences
• Preorder items
• Items worn or washed
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
All sales are considered final unless the issue was caused by our error.
Order Processing Policy
Most items at Mommy Deal are made to order.
Typical processing times:
• Standard orders: 3–7 business days
• Custom orders: 5–10 business days
• Preorders: Production timeline will be listed in the product description.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
During busy seasons such as holidays, sports seasons, or large preorder drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
Preorder Policy
Some Mommy Deal items are sold as preorders, meaning they are produced after the ordering window closes.
Preorder timelines will always be listed in the item description.
Please note:
• Preorders cannot be canceled once the order window closes
• Estimated shipping dates may shift slightly due to manufacturer delays
• All preorder sales are final
If you place an order that includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the preorder item is ready.
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping and local pickup.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping times depend on the carrier and are typically:
• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Mommy Deal is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or postal service disruptions.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered, Mommy Deal is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this occurs, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim.
Local Pickup Policy
Local pickup is available in Columbia, Mississippi.
You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Please pick up your order within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made.
Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be returned to inventory without refund.
Custom Order Policy
For custom items, customers are responsible for reviewing all details before placing their order.
Please verify:
• Names
• Numbers
• Spelling
• Sizing
• Design selections
Mommy Deal is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Mockups are provided when needed, but final products may vary slightly in color or placement due to printing processes.
Sizing Policy
Size charts are provided when available.
Because items are printed to order, we cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.
If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up.
Color Variation Disclaimer
Actual colors may vary slightly due to:
• Monitor or screen settings
• Garment dye batches
• Printing process
We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
